Starting: Section H19 - White Pass
Ending:  Section I3 - Crag Lake

Up at 8 and over to the Kracker Barrel for coffee & muffins. Read the issue of Backpacker magazine with the story on Scott Williamson - pretty amazing. Took my time packing up & making phone calls. Made it back to the trail around noon.

The first dozen miles were relatively flat & fast with the PCT winding around many small bogs and ponds. The woods were full of hunters - every good campsite was occupied. I tried to make as much noise as possible for fear of getting an arrow in the ass from some overzealous moron.

The last 4 miles began a long climb & I decided to camp early at a beautiful little lake. No hunters up here as they are too lazy to make the climb...
